No. Emails stay on your email server (Gmail, Outlook, hosting). ONG-AI connects via IMAP/SMTP and stores a copy of recent emails for quick display.
Gmail/Google Workspace, Outlook/Microsoft 365, Yahoo, and email hosting with IMAP/SMTP (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Zoho, etc.). For Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo, use an App Password.
Email features (send, receive, schedule, contacts, sequence, templates) are free. Credits are only for AI actions, e.g. a new draft costs 3 credits (Rp300). If the AI fails, credits are automatically refunded. Credits are valid for 12 months from the last top-up, and on every 1th the balance is topped up for free up to a minimum of 30 credits.
AI only processes emails when you ask (summarize, reply, translate) or if you enable Smart Triage/auto-reply. Content is sent to the AI provider only for processing.
